Private events
For one evening the chairlift is yours alone
The public Flying Aperitivo runs every Thursday. But the Mont de Sëura lift can also be held for a single group — a company, a team, a celebration — on an evening we settle together. The same Hugo, the same South Tyrolean antipasti, the same hour in mid-air facing the Sassolungo. Just without anybody else on board.
This page is not a booking: you write, we look at the calendar, and we come back to you with a proposal.
How it works
What taking the lift privately actually means
There isn't much to explain: the chairlift runs for your group only, and the evening takes whatever shape you give it.
- The whole lift for your group
- The chairs leave one after another for you alone: no queue, nobody you don't know at the next little table. How many people fit into one evening depends on the group and on how many rides we need — we work that out together.
- The same aperitivo as always
- Hugo, Veneziano or something soft at the valley station, and the tray of South Tyrolean antipasti from the Mont de Sëura kitchen: speck, cheeses, vegetables, savoury pastries. Vegetarian or gluten-free alternatives are no trouble — just tell us beforehand.
- About an hour, then we'll see
- Up and back takes roughly an hour, as it does on a public evening. Anyone who wants to can stay on at Monte Pana afterwards: if you have a dinner or a final toast in mind, we'll put it in the proposal.

Who asks us
The evenings we run most often
The reason and the numbers change. The chairlift stays the same.
Companies
Clients worth taking up the mountain, a toast at the end of a project, the evening that closes a conference in Val Gardena.
Team days
The informal part after a working day: you ride up in small groups and end up talking about something else entirely.
Celebrations and anniversaries
Significant birthdays, graduations, anniversaries. An hour the guests still remember a year later.
Weddings
The aperitivo before dinner — or the day after, with the guests who stayed on in the valley.
What happens next
One enquiry, one answer
You'll find neither a price nor a calendar on this page, and that is deliberate: both depend on the number of people, on the menu, and on when the lift can run. What we can promise is a single reply with everything in it.

You write to us
The form below asks for very little. The part that matters is how many of you there are: everything else follows from that.
We check the calendar and the kitchen
We look at whether the lift can run that evening, talk to the kitchen, and work out times, menu and price.
A proposal arrives
Within a couple of working days, by email. Not three more questions: a real proposal, to confirm or to adjust over the phone.
The number it starts to make sense at
A private evening usually makes sense from about fifteen people upwards. It isn't a hard rule: if there are fewer of you, write anyway and we'll see what can be done.
Your enquiry
Tell us about the evening
The more you tell us now, the more complete the reply. No payment, no seats held: this is only the first email.
