Booking conditions

The Flying Aperitivo is run by the operator of the Mont de Sëura chairlift at Monte Pana, whose details appear above. By booking you enter into a contract with that company.

The price covers your seat on the chairlift up and back down, one drink of your choice — Hugo, Veneziano or alcohol-free — and the tray of South Tyrolean antipasti. There is nothing to pay at the top.

Children under 14 pay the reduced rate, receive an alcohol-free drink and take a seat exactly as adults do.

Bookings are taken online on this website only. The price is calculated by our server from the rates in force at the time of booking.

Your seat is held for a limited time while you complete payment. The booking is confirmed only once payment succeeds: from that moment you receive your ticket and booking code by email.

The ticket is valid for the date and time shown and for the number of people booked.

Registration for each date closes at 20:00 on the evening before. After that no further online bookings are possible, because the kitchen prepares trays for the exact number of guests and the lift is organised accordingly.

Turning up at the valley station without a booking gives no right to a seat.

The Flying Aperitivo takes place outdoors and depends on the weather. The decision is made by the morning of the event and sent by email to everyone who has booked.

• It goes ahead: the evening runs as planned, meeting at 18:00 at the valley station.
• Postponed: we offer you another date in the season at no extra cost. You accept from the link in the email and your booking moves across. If no alternative date suits you, we refund the full amount.
• Cancelled: if we cannot offer you an alternative, we refund the full amount to the same payment method used to book.

The Flying Aperitivo is a leisure service supplied on a specific date: under Art. 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code the fourteen-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

Up until registration closes, at 20:00 the evening before, you may ask us to move your booking to another date in the season: we are happy to do so if seats are free. After that the amount is non-refundable, unless we postpone or cancel.

Anyone not at the valley station at 18:00 loses the seat and the amount paid. The chairlift leaves on time and the trays have already been prepared.

Minors may take part only when accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for their safety throughout.

Alcoholic drinks are not served to anyone under 18.

Dogs cannot take part in the Flying Aperitivo, not even small ones or dogs carried in arms.

The operating rules of the lift and the instructions of the staff apply throughout and must be followed.

Staff may refuse boarding to anyone who cannot travel safely, for example because they are visibly intoxicated. In that case the amount is not refunded.

For safety reasons the organiser may change times, seat numbers or the way the ride is run, or stop the activity while it is under way.

The organiser is liable for loss caused by its own breach within the limits set by law. It is not liable for loss arising from a failure to follow staff instructions, nor for personal belongings that are lost.

The contract is governed by Italian law. If you are a consumer, the courts of the place where you live or are resident have jurisdiction.
